DAMON FOWLER

JANUARY 20, 2023 RELEASE DATE:
DAMON FOWLER LIFE AT THE PALLADIUM, WITH SPECIAL GUESTS!

We are proud to present LIVE AT THE PALLADIUM a first time live recording from veteran bluesman and road warrior Damon Fowler, recorded at the Palladium Theater in St. Petersburg, FL. A masterful singer, guitar player and songwriter, Fowler combines first rate musicianship and lots of full blown jamming, with his venerable working band: Chuck Riley (bass) and Justin Headley (drums) along with special guests Jason Ricci (harmonica), Dan Signor (keyboards) and Eddie Wright (guitar). LIVE AT THE PALLADIUM marks Fowler’s 9th solo release. With all the elements of a classic live blues record, it shows off Damon’s unique approach, swampy vocals, and vivid songwriting to the max. A former member of Butch Truck’s Freight Train band and the Dickey Betts Band, Fowler pulled in strong notices for his 2021 Landslide release, ALAFIA MOON (LDCD-1048) which compared his fretwork to Johnny Winter and Jeff Beck, and his slide guitar prowess to the late Duane Allman.

With all the elements of a classic blues record, it shows off Damon’s unique fret work, heartfelt vocals and vivid songwriting to the max.
